Family Care Circle is a private, invite-only family app operated by its family administrator at familycarenotes.net. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Access is limited to invited, active members and the permissions assigned to them.

Keep sign-in links and codes private. Post only content you have permission to share, respect other family members, and do not include other residents' photos or private details without permission.

Family posts and AI-generated summaries are for coordination, not medical advice, diagnoses or treatment decisions. AI summaries can be incomplete or inaccurate; check the original notes and confirm care decisions with qualified staff.

Do not rely on this app or its texts for urgent care, emergency response or an official medical record. Contact facility staff or emergency services directly when needed.

The SMS program offers requested sign-in codes and optional recurring family-care alerts about visit updates, care meetings, visit schedules, questions, pinned care info, photos and comments. It does not send marketing messages.

To enroll in recurring alerts, provide your own mobile number, turn on Text message in Notification settings, choose the areas you want, and save. By doing so, you agree to receive automated recurring care alerts at that number. You must be authorized to use the number. Requesting a sign-in code authorizes a text for that request, not enrollment in recurring care alerts.

Message frequency varies with family activity and your chosen areas. Sign-in messages are sent when you request a code. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase or access to the app; email sign-in remains available.

Reply STOP to opt out of texts from the sending number. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. An opt-out may also prevent texted sign-in codes from that number; use email sign-in instead.

You can also stop recurring care alerts by turning off Text message in More → Notification settings and saving. This does not disable email sign-in or individually requested login codes.

Reply HELP for help, or contact the family admin who invited you through your existing family contact details. Personal contact details are not published on this site.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on carrier coverage, device settings and service availability.

Our Privacy Policy explains how family information and SMS consent are used. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Shared posts may remain after access is deactivated. Administrators can manage content and export care data. Contact your family admin with questions about membership or your content.

The app and messaging services may be interrupted or changed. The family administrator may update these terms; the latest version and effective date will appear here.
